## Specialized Career Paths within the Tamaris Development Program (TDP)
The TDP is designed to cultivate future leaders by integrating them into critical business functions. We are currently recruiting for the following high-impact departments:
1. Investment & Commercial
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Investment, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Transaction Services.
* Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, investment analysis, and valuation. Experience with M&A, divestment, or energy sector infrastructure is highly preferred.
2. Risk Management
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Informatics, or Actuarial Science.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in data risk, quality, or assurance roles.
* Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, and Excel. Familiarity with machine learning models (ARIMA, LSTM), statistical modeling, and risk assessment frameworks.
3. Project Planning & Control (PPC) Officer
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Experience: At least 2 years in project control or planning.
* Skills: Expertise in WBS, project scheduling, and resource management. Proficiency in Microsoft Project or Primavera is a significant advantage. Must possess excellent English communication skills.
4. IT Staff
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
* Experience: 2+ years in IT infrastructure or system development.
* Skills: Knowledge of IoT devices, server management, network security, and API integration. Familiarity with AI implementation and automation tools is a plus.
## Operational & Technical Site Roles
We are also seeking hands-on professionals to ensure the efficiency and reliability of our power plants across various locations:
* Technicians (PLTM Sungai Buaya & PLTM Silau): Requires a D3/S1 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of experience in power plants. Applicants must be aged 20–30 and ideally reside in North Sumatra.
* PLTS (Solar PV) Technician: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 1–2 years of hands-on experience in maintaining solar panels, inverters, and battery storage systems.
* PLTS Operator: Vocational (SMK) or D3 background in Electrical/Mechanical engineering. Focuses on monitoring system performance and conducting basic troubleshooting.
* Admin General Affairs (Site: PLTA Batu Gajah): Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year of HR/GA experience. This is a 3-month contract position covering maternity leave.
* Admin Finance (Site: PLTM Manajur): Requires a D3 degree and 1+ year of finance administration experience with a strong grasp of accounting records and Excel.
