# Professional Recruitment: Integrated Extreme Poverty Alleviation Project 2026 – North Sumatra
The Ministry of Public Works of the Republic of Indonesia is officially launching a recruitment drive for the 2026 Integrated Extreme Poverty Alleviation (PKE) project in Lumut Nauli Village, Tapanuli Tengah Regency. ## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are currently seeking candidates for the following roles. All applicants must meet the specified professional certifications and experience requirements:
* Team Leader (1 position): Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering; 5 years of experience; Intermediate level (Ahli Madya) in Construction Management.
* Water Supply & Sanitation Specialist (1 position): Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Civil, Sanitary, or Environmental Engineering; 3 years of experience; Junior Expert (Ahli Muda) certification.
* Road & Building Structure Specialist (1 position): Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Civil Engineering; 3 years of experience; Junior Expert (Ahli Muda) certification in Road or Building Construction.
* HSE / Construction Safety Specialist (1 position): Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Engineering; 2 years of experience; Junior Expert (Ahli Muda) in Construction K3.
* Building Structure Inspector (1 position): Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Civil or Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.
* Piping System Inspector (1 position): Bachelor’s Degree (S1/D4) in Civil or Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.
* Secretary (1 position): Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field; 1 year of experience.
* Administrator (1 position): Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field; 1 year of experience.
* Drafter (1 position): Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil, Sanitary, or Environmental Engineering; 1 year of experience.

## Core Responsibilities by Role
Technical Leadership and Supervision
The Team Leader oversees the entire project lifecycle, managing field inspections, verifying technical specifications, and ensuring all construction work aligns with contractual obligations. This role serves as the primary liaison between the government project officer (PPK) and the construction providers.
Specialist Technical Oversight
Our Water, Sanitation, and Road/Structure Specialists are responsible for technical supervision, commissioning, and ensuring that all construction methodologies comply with safety and environmental standards. These roles require rigorous monitoring of work progress and the ability to provide actionable recommendations to resolve site-specific challenges.
Safety and Administrative Support
* HSE Specialists focus on the enforcement of Construction Safety Management Systems (SMKK) and hazard mitigation.
* Inspectors provide granular oversight of site readiness, material quality, and daily reporting.
* Administrative and Secretarial Staff maintain documentation, project correspondence, and meeting minutes to ensure operational transparency.
* Drafters manage all technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and alignment with real-time field adjustments.
