## Available Specialist Positions
1. Liaison Officer for Setwapres, Ministry of Finance, Kemendukbangga, and Coordinating Ministry for PMK
This role acts as a crucial bridge between Bappenas and key partner institutions to ensure the effective implementation of Disbursement Linked Results (DLRs).
* Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate routine coordination to ensure DLRs are verified according to established protocols.
* Align efforts across multiple ministries to achieve shared program goals.
* Identify and mitigate project bottlenecks, offering collaborative recommendations.
* Prepare comprehensive progress reports for the Project Management Unit (PMU).
* Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Public Health, Nutrition, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields.
* At least 3 years of project management experience with a focus on planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
* Proven experience coordinating with high-level government bodies (Setwapres, Kemenkeu, etc.).
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, Stata, or Excel).
2. Environmental and Social Safeguards Specialist
This position ensures that the program adheres to the highest standards of environmental and social responsibility as mandated by the World Bank.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Implement the Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP) and Program Action Plan (PAP).
* Manage grievance mechanisms and address stakeholder concerns.
* Lead capacity-building initiatives regarding Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) requirements.
* Required Qualifications:
* Master’s degree (S2) preferred in Environmental Science, Social Studies, Anthropology, or related fields.
* At least 3 years of experience in social/environmental risk management.
* Strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative) and experience in policy brief development.
* Excellent English proficiency for reporting and international communication.
3. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist (Early Childhood Education Support)
Focusing on the "PAUD HI" (Integrated Early Childhood Education) program, this expert will design frameworks to measure progress and impact.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop accurate baseline indicators and target metrics.
* Review and analyze monitoring data to inform future stunting reduction policies.
* Strengthen the capacity of the PAUD Directorate regarding evaluation methodologies.
* Required Qualifications:
* Master’s degree (S2) in Early Childhood Education, Management, Statistics, or Research & Evaluation.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in educational monitoring and evaluation.
* Proven track record in cross-sectoral coordination and large-scale data analysis.
4. Public Policy, Advocacy, and Field Implementation Analyst
Working closely with the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture (Kemenko PMK), this role shapes the strategic direction of nutrition-focused interventions.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze large-scale nutrition data (SSGI, SKI, e-PPGBM) to drive evidence-based policy recommendations.
* Draft policy briefs for high-level officials and propose innovative stunting prevention programs.
* Lead coordination efforts to synchronize national nutrition initiatives.
* Required Qualifications:
* Master’s degree (S2) or PhD (S3) in Public Policy, Public Health, or Health Statistics.
* 5 years of experience in nutrition-related projects within government institutions.
* Advanced technical skills in data visualization and statistical analysis.
* Fluency in English (TOEFL 550 or IELTS 6.5 minimum).
