## General Eligibility Criteria
To ensure the integrity and quality of our workforce, all applicants must meet the following mandatory requirements:
* Legal Standing: No history of criminal conviction or imprisonment under a final court ruling.
* Employment Status: Must not be currently enrolled in education, bound by a contract with another institution, or hold status as a prospective (CPNS) or permanent civil servant (PNS).
* Prior Service: Never dishonorably discharged or resigned from positions as a civil servant (PNS), military/police member, or private sector employee.

## Available Positions and Professional Qualifications
Dharmais Cancer Hospital is seeking specialists and support staff across various domains, including:
Medical and Clinical Professionals
* General Practitioner: Holds a professional medical degree, active STR, and ATLS/ACLS certifications.
* Pharmacist & Pharmacy Technician (TTK): Respective professional or diploma degrees with active STR.
* Anesthesiology Practitioner: D-IV Anesthesiology Nursing with active STR and ACLS certification.
* Nursing Staff: Professional Ners degree with active STR and mandatory certifications (BCLS/BHD/Basic Cancer, etc.); surgical room experience is highly preferred.
* Dental Therapist, Midwife, Nutritionist, Laboratory Technologist, Radiographer, & Sanitarian: Specialized diplomas or degrees required with active STR.
Technical and Operational Roles
* Information Technology: Positions include Programmer, IT Support, and Network Administrator. Candidates must hold relevant IT/Computer Science degrees, demonstrate expertise in PHP, SQL, Linux/Ubuntu environments, or network infrastructure, and be willing to work shifts.
* Fisikawan Medis (Medical Physicist): Requires S1/S2 in Medical Physics; Level 8 residency certification is mandatory for the designated role.
* Graphic Designer: Requires a degree in Visual Communication Design with at least two years of proven professional experience.
