## Available Positions
We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill the following roles to support our manufacturing operations and administrative excellence.
1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the high standards expected by our global clients.
* Execute production tasks within assigned areas, including Main Process, Decoration, or Assembly lines.
* Adhere strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
* Maintain accurate daily production reports to track efficiency and quality output.
* Minimum education requirement: Junior High School (SMP) or equivalent.
* Physically and mentally fit for manufacturing tasks.
* Must not be color blind and must be free from dust allergies.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail, honesty, discipline, and a sense of responsibility.
* Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
* Flexibility to work in shifts, meet production targets, and handle overtime as required.
* Ready to join immediately and be stationed in Batang, Central Java.
2. HR Staff
The HR Staff position is integral to maintaining a productive and compliant workforce. You will play a vital role in talent acquisition and administrative oversight.
* Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring lifecycle, from initial candidate sourcing and screening to final onboarding.
* Foreign Worker Administration: Oversee all necessary documentation and licensing to ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.
* General HR Support: Assist in executing day-to-day human resources operations to support the company’s evolving needs.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Law, or Management is preferred.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in HR, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive sector.
* Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulatory compliance.
* Experience with psychological assessment tools is considered a distinct advantage.
* High proficiency in English (both written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
* Proven ability to learn quickly, maintain high attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
* Available for immediate placement in Batang, Central Java.
