Core Responsibilities
* Oversee and compile comprehensive employee data and personal administration.
* Manage all aspects of Compensation and Benefits with a focus on timely payroll execution.
* Ensure accurate processing and reporting of PPH 21 tax obligations.
* Administer employee attendance tracking and reporting.
* Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan registrations and compliance.
Professional Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
