## Unlock Your Potential: Trainee Sales Representative Program
The Trainee Sales Representative program is a meticulously crafted, six-month development journey designed to launch your career within the heavy equipment industry. This structured program bridges the gap between academic knowledge and field expertise, preparing you to become an integral member of our sales force.
Program Structure
Our curriculum is divided into two distinct phases to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the Caterpillar ecosystem:
1. Phase One: Intensive In-Class Training (3 Months): Conducted at the Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor, this phase focuses on mastering fundamental sales techniques and gaining deep technical insights into Caterpillar’s product lineup.
2. Phase Two: On-the-Job Training (3 Months): Trainees are assigned to one of our nationwide branches to apply their classroom knowledge in real-world environments under the guidance of industry experts.
3. Final Evaluation and Placement: Upon successful completion of the program, participants transition into the role of a permanent Sales Representative and are deployed to Trakindo branches across the Indonesian archipelago.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking motivated, growth-oriented individuals who meet the following requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree. Candidates from Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Marine Engineering backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply, though all majors are welcome.
* Professional Experience: Open to fresh graduates, or candidates with a maximum of two years of experience in heavy equipment, banking, insurance, or industrial material sectors.
* Age Limit: Maximum of 30 years old.
* Essential Documents: Possession of a valid Driver’s License (SIM A).
* Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed at any Trakindo branch located throughout Indonesia.
