1. Welder
We are looking for a skilled Welder to join our fabrication team and maintain our rigorous manufacturing standards.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Technical Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certifications: Holding 3G–6G welding certifications is considered a strong competitive advantage.
* Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience welding hydraulic tubes and rods.
* Competencies: Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers, alongside the ability to interpret technical engineering drawings.
2. Assembly / Disassembly Technician
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth mechanical integration and teardown of heavy industrial components.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience operating as an Assembly Technician or Operator within the heavy equipment or industrial cylinder sector.
* Competencies: Proficient in utilizing vernier calipers and reading complex technical blueprints.
3. Sales Support
Become the administrative backbone of our commercial operations, ensuring seamless communication between clients and our technical teams.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional background in sales administration, sales support, or general office management.
* Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Core Tasks: Capable of drafting professional commercial quotations and proposals.
* Personal Attributes: Highly detail-oriented, meticulous, possessing strong interpersonal communication skills, proactivity, a dynamic mindset, and a rapid learning curve.
4. Inspector
Ensure our finished products adhere strictly to our uncompromising quality benchmarks before they reach the market.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience, ideally within pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal manufacturing environments.
* Technical Proficiency: Capable of drafting 2D and 3D technical drawings, utilizing precision measuring tools (vernier calipers and micrometers), and interpreting advanced engineering layouts.
* Industry Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is strongly preferred.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
Take charge of our operational workflow, ensuring production efficiency from raw material procurement to final product delivery.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in a PPIC role.
* Core Responsibilities: Skilled in scheduling and monitoring end-to-end production lifecycles, as well as planning and overseeing onsite project execution.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities, sharp analytical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities.
