Our manufacturing plant, situated in the Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto, East Java, occupies a sprawling 35,000-square-meter facility dedicated to the production of high-quality consumer goods, household items, and non-sterile, non-electromedic medical devices.
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill key roles within our production, engineering, and administrative teams.
## 1. Engineering Specialist
We are looking for a skilled professional to oversee our machinery and environmental systems. You will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our production line.
* Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in production machine maintenance, preferably within the FMCG sector.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems, including Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations.
* Soft Skills: Proven problem-solving capabilities, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork.
* Preferences: Relevant WWTP certifications, proficiency in CMMS, and MS Office skills are highly advantageous.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in shifts and be based in Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto.
## 2. Production Foreman
Our production department is seeking a motivated leader to ensure our manufacturing processes meet the highest quality standards.
* Education: Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience as a Production Foreman, ideally in the cosmetics, skincare, household cleaning, or personal care sectors.
* Operational Knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards, including CPPKRTB, CPKB, and SJH (Halal Assurance System).
* Leadership: Strong critical thinking and team management skills.
* Preferences: Experience with SAP implementation is considered a distinct advantage.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in shifts and be based in Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto.
## 3. HR-GA Supervisor
We are looking for a versatile HR and General Affairs professional to manage our human capital and facility operations.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRGA Supervisor within the FMCG industry.
* Functional Expertise: Competence in managing HRIS, payroll, waste management, and pest control.
* Skills: Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder management, meticulous attention to detail, and advanced reporting capabilities.
* Availability: Must be willing to be based in Ngoro Industrial Park, Mojokerto.
