* Stakeholder Relations: Building and maintaining robust partnerships with Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) suppliers through regular field visits.
* Quality Assurance: Conducting rigorous FFB quality inspections and grading in accordance with company standards.
* Administrative Management: Preparing purchase contract documentation and ensuring all FFB intake aligns with daily mill production reports.
* Financial Reporting: Systematically managing weekly FFB pricing documentation and ensuring accurate, timely payment processing.
