PT Tanjung Power Indonesia (TPI) stands as a cornerstone of energy infrastructure in South Kalimantan. As a joint venture between PT Adaro Power (65%) and PT East-West Power Indonesia (35%), our company is the driving force behind the Tanjung Power Plant—a strategic National Vital Object. Spanning 42 hectares in the Murung Pundak District of Tabalong Regency, our 2×100 MW facility plays a pivotal role in powering the region. We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated professional to join our team as a Human Resources (HR) Staff member to support our operational excellence.
## Core HR Responsibilities
As an HR Staff member at TPI, you will be instrumental in maintaining the efficiency of our workforce management systems. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Recruitment and Onboarding: Facilitating end-to-end recruitment processes and welcoming new hires in accordance with company standards.
* Remuneration and Records: Managing employee compensation packages while ensuring the integrity of our HR database and records.
* HRIS Management: Maintaining accurate, valid, and up-to-date employee data within the HR Information System (HRIS).
* Administrative Compliance: Managing employee healthcare, attendance tracking, documentation, and the processing of expatriate work permits.
* Professional Development: Organizing and documenting employee training, competency assessments, certifications, and development programs aligned with company budgets and regulations.
* Employee Engagement: Coordinating internal events and team-building activities as per the annual calendar.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive HR reports on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis for company management, lenders, and government agencies.
* Safety and Environment: Upholding K3LH regulations and quality standards to ensure a "Zero Accident and Zero Pollution" work environment within the HRGA-IT department.
## Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess both technical aptitude and a proactive mindset. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any major; a background in Psychology is highly preferred.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR administration or staff roles are preferred.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Functional Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge or experience in recruitment and training coordination is a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to multitask, work with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively within a professional team environment.
* Work Location: Willingness to be permanently based in Tanjung, Tabalong, South Kalimantan, on a non-roster work arrangement.
