## Available Positions at SENA (PGAS Group)
We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our technical team. Below are the current openings, including specific requirements for each role.
1. Inspector EIT
This role is essential for ensuring the integrity and precision of our instrumentation and electrical systems. Candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1/D4) or Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for Bachelor’s degree holders, or 8 years for Diploma holders.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive familiarity with control systems, including BPCS, SIS, MCMS, and FGS.
* Certifications: Preference will be given to candidates holding professional certifications such as BNSP Inspector, CompEX, or equivalent.
* Field Expertise: Proven experience in loop checks, testing, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) for instrumentation equipment.
* Industry Background: Must have prior work history within oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
* Location: Willingness to be assigned to Balikpapan.
2. Instrument Pre-commissioning
We are looking for a specialist to oversee the critical pre-commissioning phase of our instrumentation projects. Key requirements include:
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1/D4) or Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of experience for Bachelor’s/D4 degree, and 9 years for Diploma (D3) holders.
* Control Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with BPCS, SIS, MCMS, and FGS.
* Operational Skills: Experienced in performing Loop Checks, SAT of instrumentation equipment, and managing field instruments.
* Project History: Demonstrated experience in the oil, gas, or petrochemical sectors.
3. Senior Inspector EIT
For senior-level practitioners, this position offers an opportunity to lead and oversee complex inspection activities. Candidates must possess:
* Education: Bachelor’s (S1/D4) or Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience for degree holders, or 14 years for Diploma holders, ideally within energy, oil, or petrochemical projects.
* Competency: Proven technical certification in quality control or inspection disciplines (e.g., BNSP, CompEX, or similar).
* Technical Hands-on Skills: Proficient in E&I installation, commissioning, inspection, calibration, cable testing, grounding, and junction box evaluation.
* Administrative Excellence: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage technical documentation, inspection reports, and punch lists.
* Soft Skills: Superior communication and teamwork abilities to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary project teams.
* Location: Willingness to be assigned to Balikpapan.
