# Executive Recruitment: Director of PT Sinergi Patriot Kota Bekasi (2025–2030)
PT Sinergi Patriot Kota Bekasi (Perseroda), a Regional-Owned Enterprise (BUMD) dedicated to the energy sector, including oil, gas, and renewable energy, is officially opening a recruitment process for the position of Director for the 2025–2030 term. Pursuant to the Decree of the Mayor of Bekasi Number 900.1.13.2/Kep.219-Ek/IV/2025, we invite qualified professionals to participate in the Fit and Proper Test for this leadership role.
## General Eligibility Requirements
All applicants must adhere to the following baseline criteria to be considered for the candidacy:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI) with a valid Electronic Identity Card (KTP-EL).
* Health Standards: Possess a clean bill of physical and mental health verified by a government hospital, along with a drug-free certification.
* Background Integrity: Provide a valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK) and maintain a record free of criminal convictions or legal proceedings.
* Age Limits: Applicants must be between 35 and 55 years of age at the time of initial application.
* Professional Standing: No history of being dishonorably discharged from previous employment or involvement in the bankruptcy of former companies as a board member.
* Commitment: Must be willing to work full-time, resign from any existing concurrent board positions (BUMN/BUMD/Private), and relinquish any political party affiliations or government structural roles upon appointment.
## Special Competency Requirements
To lead PT Sinergi Patriot effectively, candidates must possess specialized skills and professional experience:
* Academic Qualification: Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1).
* Professional Experience: Minimum of five years in a managerial role within an incorporated entity, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities.
* Strategic Understanding: Deep knowledge of corporate management, local government regulations, and the energy industry.
* Conflict of Interest: No familial relationship (up to the third degree of blood or marriage) with the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, or the Board of Commissioners of PT Sinergi Patriot.
* Documentation: Submission of a strategic proposal outlining a vision, mission, and business plan, complemented by a prepared presentation.
## Registration Procedure
Interested candidates must submit their application in accordance with the following protocols:
1. Format: A handwritten application letter addressed to the Mayor of Bekasi (Attn: Head of the Selection Committee for the Director of PT Sinergi Patriot 2025–2030). The letter must be on lined folio paper, signed with a stamp duty (Rp 10,000), and include active contact details.
2. Packaging: Place the application and all required documents into a red folder, then seal it in an envelope clearly labeled with the applicant's name, address, phone number, and email.
