1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will be the tactical anchor of our daily warehousing workflows, ensuring seamless coordination between physical storage capacity and operational demands.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Formulate comprehensive daily inbound and outbound schedules aligned with active business needs.
* Project and allocate optimal warehouse capacity, floor storage layouts, workforce deployment, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
* Collaborate closely with the Operation Section Head to establish operational priorities.
* Track inbound and outbound execution, resolving logistical bottlenecks with Transport and Client Service teams.
* Manage inventory movement tracking, space allocation, and stock level visibility while mitigating discrepancies.
* Generate detailed daily performance reports and propose actionable continuous improvement initiatives.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any academic background.
* At least 1 year of professional experience working as a planner, with a strong preference for warehouse planning backgrounds.
* Foundational knowledge of modern warehousing processes and logistics functions.
* Solid understanding of core business processes coupled with a proactive mindset toward business growth and continuous improvement.
2. Transport Planner
Transport Planners play a pivotal role in ensuring that distribution runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule through efficient routing and strict document validation.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Generate formal delivery waybills (Loading Notes equipped with Route Planning).
* Validate and cross-examine shipping documents for absolute completeness.
* Coordinate loading and unloading activities alongside transporters and internal security personnel (TKBM).
* Oversee and monitor shipping processes utilizing the Transport Management System (TMS) and track Proof of Delivery (POD) statuses.
* Update TMS Yard Management statuses in real-time to facilitate seamless communication between drivers and Order Control teams.
* Enforce strict, uncompromised safety protocols across all yard management operations.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate in any discipline.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Transport Planner within logistics or transportation sectors.
* Minimum passive English proficiency.
* Proficiency in operating Transport Management Systems (TMS), paired with strong administrative, filing, and reporting skills.
3. Administration Staff

* Convert canvas sales purchase orders into formal Delivery Orders (DO).
* Process sales canvas transactions through billing completion and manage return processing.
* Coordinate the dispatch and retrieval tracking of enterprise equipment.
* Conduct routine equipment stock opnames and maintain accurate master data for new customer registrations.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree from any major.
* Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within a logistics or warehousing environment.
* Deep familiarity with inbound, outbound, and inventory control processes.
* High accuracy in document handling and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), SAP, and Warehouse Management Systems.
4. Equipment Operator
Equipment Operators are entrusted with executing physical warehouse operations safely while maintaining optimal upkeep of material handling machinery.

* At least 2 years of verifiable experience working as an Equipment Operator.
* Mandatory possession of a valid Class 2 Forklift License (SIO) registered with TemanK3.
* Strong numerical aptitude, absolute integrity, and readiness to work in dynamic shifts.
5. Picker Checker
Picker Checkers ensure that inventory is processed, verified, and staged for dispatch with absolute accuracy and speed.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Offload incoming shipments and verify physical goods against accompanying documentation.
* Perform accurate item picking from storage racks using RF Scanners, validating exact SKUs, batches, and quantities.
* Transport validated goods to designated loading staging areas.
* Operate Material Handling Equipment safely and complete required daily equipment checklists.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum educational background of Senior High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
* Working knowledge of pallet movers and a valid Class 2 Forklift License (SIO) registered with TemanK3 will be distinct advantages.
* Strong attention to detail, numerical skills, and willingness to work in shift rotations.
