## Current Professional Vacancies
We are currently seeking highly motivated and qualified individuals for the following roles to support our expanding operational requirements.
1. Senior PSC Management Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Finance, or Petroleum Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 8 years within the Oil & Gas industry.
* Core Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of Exploration and Production (E&P) operations. You must possess robust techno-commercial knowledge regarding petroleum arrangements, specifically Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs), Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs), and Unitization Agreements (UAs).
2. Senior Risk Management & Emergency Response Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or a related discipline.
* Experience: 8–10 years in E&P, petrochemical, marine, or high-hazard industrial settings.
* Key Responsibilities: Expertise in Incident Command Systems (ICS), crisis management protocols, and large-scale emergency drill coordination. You should demonstrate a proven ability to conduct root cause analysis and incident investigations using methodologies like TapRooT or Tripod Beta.
3. Maintenance Planner
* Education: Engineering degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: 8–10 years in oil and gas maintenance activities.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in maintenance planning systems such as SAP PM or Maximo. Candidates should have a strong grasp of reliability engineering, including Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
4. Administration Assistant
* Education: Diploma in Business Administration or Management.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in office management or administrative support.
* Key Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, high attention to detail, and the capacity to manage sensitive information with absolute discretion. Proficiency in professional written and verbal communication is essential.
## Offshore Technical Roles
These positions require a commitment to safety, technical precision, and the ability to work in demanding offshore environments.
5. Mechanical Technician
* Qualifications: Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Polytechnic background preferred).
* Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in offshore oil and gas or petrochemical process plants.
* Technical Focus: Expert knowledge in maintaining rotating equipment (compressors, gas turbines, pumps) and static equipment (vessels, piping). Experience with Solar Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) maintenance and CMMS software is highly desired.
* Certifications: MIGAS or DISNAKER certification for Pedestal Crane operation is a significant advantage.
6. Instrument Technician
* Qualifications: Technical Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics.
* Experience: 10+ years of practical field experience in offshore operations.
* Technical Focus: Proficiency in field instrumentation and control systems, specifically Distributed Control Systems (DCS) like Honeywell, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), and Fire & Gas (FGS) systems.
* Certifications: Training in Functional Safety (IEC 61511) or hazardous area certification is strongly preferred.
