Engineering & Operations Roles
* Civil & Road Maintenance Officer: Requires a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of experience. Candidates must possess a valid POP certification and expertise in road maintenance and settling pond operations.
* Surveyor: Open to Geology or Mining Engineering graduates. You will handle topography, aerial data processing, and volume calculations. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
* Operation Safety Staff: Focuses on the safety systems of mining facilities and equipment. Suitable for Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering graduates with 1–2 years of experience.
* Operations Safety Supervisor: A leadership role requiring a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering with 3+ years of experience. A valid POP certification is preferred.
Environmental, Social, & Governance (ESG) Roles
* ESG System & Compliance Officer: Requires an Environmental Engineering degree and 3+ years of experience. Expertise in HSE regulations and environmental reporting software (SIMPEL) is essential.
* External Relations Staff: Open to Law, Social Science, or Sociology graduates. You will manage community engagement and social mapping.
* LB3 & Water Management Staff: Focuses on water quality analysis and environmental reporting. Suitable for Environmental or Chemical Engineering graduates.
* LB3 & Water Management Supervisor: Requires an Environmental or Chemical Engineering degree and 3+ years of experience in wastewater treatment and HSE. A POPAL certification is required.
Administrative & Management Support
* HR Officer: Manages organizational development, HRIS, and employee engagement. Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management with 3+ years of experience.
* Management System & Improvement Officer: Drives continuous improvement (CIP) and KPI management. Suitable for Management, Industrial Engineering, or Information Systems graduates with 3+ years of experience.
* Shipping & Barging Admin Officer: Oversees logistics and documentation. Requires a degree in Management, Maritime, Business, or Industrial Engineering and proficiency in SAP. (Note: Placement in Palembang).
* Warehouse Staff: Manages inventory and stock transfers. Open to Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration graduates with 1–2 years of experience.
