1. Management Trainee – All Plant Locations
This program is designed for future leaders who are ready to immerse themselves in the complexities of large-scale plastic manufacturing.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Plastics Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they have completed an internship within a manufacturing environment.
* Key Competencies: Proficient in administrative tasks and MS Office. Familiarity with plastic production processes such as injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, or thermoforming is essential.
* Personal Attributes: High integrity, strong analytical thinking, exceptional leadership potential, and a target-oriented mindset. Must be willing to be stationed at any of our plant locations.
2. Information Technology (IT) Staff – Sidoarjo & Surabaya
We are looking for a technical expert to ensure our digital infrastructure supports our high-performance production environment.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in the IT sector.
* Technical Skills: Strong logical and analytical problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is a requirement.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to function effectively within a collaborative team. Must be willing to work in the Surabaya and Sidoarjo regions.
3. Inventory Control Staff – Sidoarjo
Accuracy and efficiency are the cornerstones of our logistics operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to maintain our stock integrity.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Administration, Accounting, or Logistics.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Administrator, Inventory Specialist, or Logistics Coordinator.
* Required Proficiencies: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Experience with ERP software or inventory management systems (such as SAP or Accurate) is mandatory.
* Responsibilities: Proficient in conducting stock takes, meticulous data entry, and generating precise inventory reports.
4. Export-Import Sales Staff – Surabaya
Our reach extends beyond local markets, and we need a communicative professional to handle our international trade relations.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, or English Literature.
* Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
* Professional Skills: Ability to conduct high-level presentations and negotiations. A solid understanding of import-export procedures and documentation is required.
* Additional Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) is considered an added advantage.
