## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Civil Engineering.
* Academic Performance: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
* Age Limit: No older than 25 years of age as of April 2, 2026.
* Marital Status: Applicants must be single and willing to remain unmarried for the duration of the Management Trainee program.
* Commitment: Must be willing to sign a two-year service bond.
* Mobility: Must be prepared to be stationed at any of our project sites across Indonesia throughout the duration of the program.
## Terms and Conditions
Successful candidates will be required to adhere to the professional standards of PT. Minarta Dutahutama. The program terms include:
1. Mandatory Service Bond: Completion of a two-year service commitment upon successful graduation from the program.
2. National Deployment: Flexibility to be assigned to any of our operational hubs or project locations nationwide.
3. Integrity Standards: A signed integrity pact must be submitted, confirming your commitment to the company’s code of conduct and ethical guidelines.
4. Operational Compliance: All participants are expected to fully adhere to all company policies and regulations established by PT. Minarta Dutahutama.
