## Open Positions and Requirements
1. Mechanical Engineer
Placement: Griya Praja & Griya Nata
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in engineering and construction for mining facilities or industrial plants.
* Key Competencies: Mastery of mechanical design and maintenance standards, project scheduling, and quality management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera P6 or MS Project is essential. POP certification is highly desirable.
* Responsibilities: Review consultant designs, supervise on-site construction, resolve technical challenges, and ensure all work aligns with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) mining standards.
2. Mine Operations Dept. Head
Placement: Jakarta (Initial) to Wahau Minesite
* Experience: 10–15 years in senior-level mining roles (preferably in reputable coal operations). Must possess valid KIT and POU certifications.
* Key Competencies: Strong leadership, analytical problem-solving, and a proven track record in managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day coal mining activities to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely. Manage contractor performance, monitor operational costs, and provide strategic recommendations to management regarding mining regulations.
3. Construction Manager (Mechanical)
Placement: Bengalon
* Experience: 15+ years in mechanical coal processing, bulk material handling, and piping project management.
* Key Competencies: Proficiency in FIDIC 2017, SNI, ASTM, ASME, and ANSI standards. Skilled in project scheduling (S-curve/Gantt) and risk mitigation.
* Responsibilities: Lead EPC construction projects from planning to handover. Oversee QA/QC procedures, ensure budget compliance, and manage stakeholder communication to guarantee the successful execution of infrastructure projects.
4. Long Term Mine Planning Engineer
Placement: Jakarta
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mine or Geological Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in mine planning within large-scale open-pit operations.
* Key Competencies: Advanced skill in software such as Minescape and MineX. Strong understanding of geological data interpretation, mining economics, and geotechnical concepts.
* Responsibilities: Develop long-term mine plans, conduct pit optimizations, estimate coal reserves (KCMI code compliance), and perform feasibility studies for expansion projects.
5. Geotechnical Engineer
Placement: Jakarta / Site Nusantara
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering.
* Experience: 5 years in mining or industrial infrastructure geotechnical issues.
* Key Competencies: Expertise in slope stability, foundation design, and soil improvement. Skilled in Geo5, Slide, and AutoCAD, with the ability to interpret SPT, CPT, and borehole data.
* Responsibilities: Conduct geotechnical analysis for infrastructure, plan soil investigation programs, and provide mitigation strategies for ground instability or foundation risks to ensure project safety.
6. Document Controller (CSAG)
Placement: Site Wahau – Askara
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in document control within construction or mining.
* Key Competencies: Expert in document management systems (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain rigorous version control.
* Responsibilities: Manage the registration, storage, and retrieval of all project documentation. Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations while supporting project teams with accurate, up-to-date information.
