## Management Trainee (Production Division)
We are looking for motivated candidates to fill key roles in our production departments, including Press, Dies, Welding/Assy, Painting, QA/QC, and Maintenance.
Target Academic Backgrounds
* Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, Manufacturing, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
* Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemistry Education.
Core Qualifications
* Male, at least 21 years old.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a related field.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
* Physically and mentally healthy; color blindness is not permitted.
* Willingness to undergo intensive training and departmental rotations.
Preferred Technical Assets
Candidates possessing the following certifications or proficiencies will be prioritized:
* Technical Certifications: CAD/AutoCAD, K3 Electricity, Welder/Welding Inspector (BNSP), or maintenance-specific technical competency.
* Quality/Process: Quality Control Inspector, Chemical Processing certifications, or Tool & Die expertise.
* Language Skills: Proficiency in English (TOEFL/TOEIC), Japanese (JLPT/N-level), or Mandarin (HSK).
## Management Trainee (Non-Production Division)
Our administrative and operational teams are expanding. We are seeking energetic professionals for departments including HRGA, Finance, Accounting & Tax, Purchasing, PPIC, Warehouse & Logistics, IT, EXIM, R&D, Marketing, and Translation (Mandarin/Japanese).
Target Academic Backgrounds
* Management, Accounting, Taxation, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or International Relations.
* Logistics/SCM, Industrial Engineering, Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
* Degrees in Mandarin or Japanese Literature/Language/Education.
Core Qualifications
* Male or Female, at least 21 years old.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) relevant to the position.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 (scale 4.00).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* A strong foundation in integrity, responsibility, and teamwork.
* Previous internship or project experience in automotive manufacturing is a significant advantage.
