Operational Roles
* Heavy Equipment Operators: Loader, Excavator, Dump Truck (DT), and Forklift.
* Production & Utility: ESP Operator, Back Furnace Operator, Hoist Crane Operator, WTP/WWTP (Water Production) Operator, Boiler Operator, and Turbine Operator.
Supervisory (Foreman) Positions
* Equipment & Conveyor: Heavy Equipment Foreman, Conveyor Foreman, and Feeding Worker-Dryer Kiln Foreman.
* Processing: Dryer Foreman, Desulfurizer Foreman, Mixing Worker Foreman, Grinding Foreman, Raw Coal Drying Foreman, and Sulfur Production Foreman.
Technical & Skilled Positions
* Plant Maintenance: Crusher, Desulfurizer, Slag Conveyor, Burner Checker, Raw Coal Drying, Reamer Worker, and Skimmer & Tapper.

## Candidate Qualifications

1. Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience in the relevant field.
3. Certification: Must possess a valid SIO (Operator License) or SIM BII Umum, along with relevant professional certifications for the specific position applied for.
4. Physical & Mental Health: Applicants must be in good physical and mental health.
