Site / Project Manager (WTP Projects)
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional capable of overseeing high-stakes water treatment projects from inception to final delivery.
Qualifications
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 5 years of proven experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager.
* Demonstrable expertise in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects.
* High proficiency in spoken and written English.
* Exceptional leadership capabilities and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
* Advanced technical aptitude, including the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Leadership: Execute projects from initiation to final completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
* Administrative Oversight: Manage project documentation and ensure strict compliance with regulatory and safety requirements.
* Financial Control: Prepare and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.
* Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and monitor rigorous project schedules to guarantee on-time completion.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal engineering departments.
* Reporting: Generate regular progress reports, handover documentation, and final project close-out certificates.
