1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
* Manage, organize, and archive documentation for the production department.
* Support internal and external audit compliance requirements.
* Oversee the lifecycle of documents, including the disposal of expired or irrelevant files.
* Provide professional translation services between Japanese, English, and Indonesian.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* Proficient in Japanese with a minimum JLPT N3 certification.
* Strong background in document control and administrative workflows.
* Exceptional communication skills, organized, and detail-oriented.
* Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while meeting strict deadlines.
2. & 3. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P3)
* Perform precision dimensional inspections using specialized measurement tools.
* Execute in-process and final product verifications to ensure full compliance with customer requirements.
* Document and analyze quality data to support continuous improvement and trend monitoring.
* Identify non-conforming (NG) products and assist in implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related challenges.
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in a Quality-related role.
* Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
* Skilled in operating standard measurement equipment, including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, dial indicators, and similar inspection tools.
