## Job Description: Production Operator (Wiring Harness)
As a Production Operator specializing in wiring harness assembly, you will play a vital role in our daily manufacturing operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Executing production processes strictly in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality benchmarks, and safety guidelines.
* Maintaining rigorous quality control over all output to ensure it meets corporate standards.
* Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly production quotas.
* Upholding high standards of cleanliness, order, and organization within your designated workspace.
## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure a seamless fit for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender and Age: Female candidates between 18 and 25 years of age.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK equivalent).
