1. Tender Administration
The Tender Administration specialist plays a vital role in our business development cycle by ensuring our proposals are accurate, competitive, and timely.
* Preparing, managing, and organizing comprehensive tender documents in accordance with project requirements.
* Coordinating with internal departments to ensure full document compliance.
* Ensuring the timely submission of all bids following strict procedural guidelines.
* Monitoring tender statuses and managing project databases.
* Assisting in tender evaluation and the generation of internal reports.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* 1–2 years of experience in Tender Administration, preferably within the fabrication, construction, or oil and gas sectors.

* Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
2. Management Representative

* Overseeing the implementation and continuous development of company management systems.
* Managing and supervising ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
* Acting as the primary liaison between management and external auditors or certification bodies.
* Controlling, evaluating, and improving management system documentation.
* Conducting internal audits and monitoring corrective actions to facilitate continuous improvement.
* Ensuring total compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) standards.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience as a Management Representative, QHSE, or ISO system coordinator.
* Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 implementation.
* Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
* Experience in fabrication, construction, EPC, or manufacturing is highly preferred.
