Daikin Industries Indonesia is seeking detail-oriented professionals to join our Quality Control team. This role is essential to maintaining the high standards that define the Daikin brand.
Job Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough visual, dimensional, and specification inspections of supplier materials against technical datasheets.
* Analyze inspection results to propose continuous improvements for quality enhancement.
* Generate accurate and timely daily inspection and defect reports.
* Verify materials returned from production lines or field operations.
* Coordinate directly with team leads to resolve material non-conformities or abnormalities.
* Strictly adhere to company quality standards, occupational health and safety (K3) regulations, and 5S principles.
Authority
* Hold the authority to determine the status of incoming materials (Accept/Reject).
* Finalize inspection outcomes based on established company standards.
## Qualifications and Expertise
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate technical proficiency and a commitment to precision.
Technical Requirements:
* Experience: 1–5 years as a Quality Operator, preferably within the electrical/electronic, automotive, metal stamping, or injection molding industries.
* Measurement Skills: Proficiency in using technical tools such as Multimeters, LCR Meters, Calipers, and Gauges.
* Technical Literacy: Ability to interpret technical drawings and datasheets effectively.
* Electrical Knowledge: Solid understanding of electrical circuits, components, and soldering techniques.
* Documentation: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting.
* Physical Standards: Excellent physical health, no color blindness (total or partial), and a maximum eye vision of +/- 1.
* Academic: Strong performance in Mathematics as reflected in academic records.
* Availability: Willingness to work night shifts.
