Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce strategy and daily HC operations:

Requirements

* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (a Master’s degree is preferred).
* Experience: A minimum of 7–10 years of professional experience in Human Capital management, specifically with a deep understanding of the full employee lifecycle.
* Industry Insight: Candidates with a background in the mining, energy, or heavy industrial sectors will be viewed favorably.
* Certification: Possession of a Certified HR Manager (BNSP) credential is required.
