We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following positions:
1. SCM Administrator (Jakarta Selatan)
The SCM Administrator plays a critical role in managing documentation and supporting vendor operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing shipping documents and transporter invoices; inputting data into SAP and Excel; handling import document filing and administrative support for vendor management.
* Requirements: Minimum Diploma degree (D3); at least 1 year of experience in administration; meticulous attention to detail; proficiency in MS Excel; SAP experience is a strong advantage.
Note: This position is under an outsourcing contract.*
2. Mill Operator (Medan)
The Mill Operator ensures the seamless execution of production processes while maintaining the highest quality standards.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring milling machinery; overseeing raw material usage and process efficiency; ensuring production compliance with SOPs and health and safety (K3) standards; generating performance reports.
* Requirements: D3/S1 degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Food Technology); minimum 2 years of experience as an Operator or Foreman in FMCG/flour milling; familiar with SCADA systems; capable of working under pressure and in shift rotations.
3. Warehouse Checker (Cilegon)
The Warehouse Checker is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring efficient loading operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing shift handovers; verifying packing production results; maintaining FIFO protocols; coordinating loading activities with the forklift team; performing fumigation checks and ensuring warehouse hygiene.
* Requirements: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/equivalent); at least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred; basic proficiency in computer usage and Microsoft Office.
