## Candidate Requirements
To maintain our standard of excellence, we invite applicants who meet the following qualifications:
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 degree in relevant fields:
* Agronomy/Agriculture/Soil Science/Plant Protection/Environmental Conservation: For roles in R&D and Agronomy.
* Management/Education/HR Management/Educational Technology: For Training & Development and MDP.
* Accounting/Economics: For Administration-focused roles.
* Academic Standing: A minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Health Standards: Physically and mentally fit; must not be colorblind.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Commitment:
* Not currently under an employment bond with any other organization.
* Willingness to enter a 42-month (3.5-year) service bond.
