We are currently seeking driven, high-potential individuals to join our team as part of our Supervisor Development Program (SVDP).
## The Role: Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
As an SVDP participant, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our operational excellence and manufacturing standards. You will be responsible for overseeing floor activities to ensure we meet our production targets with precision.
Core Responsibilities
* Production Management: Supervise and monitor production output throughout your shift to ensure all targets align with the master production plan.
* Problem Resolution: Proactively identify challenges and conduct root-cause analysis regarding output levels, product defects, and material waste.
* Safety and Standards: Direct, monitor, and implement rigorous safety protocols and 5S (5R) activities to maintain an efficient and secure working environment.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate technical proficiency, strong leadership, and a commitment to operational efficiency.
* Educational Background: Diploma degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with at least two years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment are preferred.
* Soft Skills: Must possess exceptional communication and leadership abilities to manage production teams effectively.
* Logistics & Schedule: Candidates must be residents of Tangerang or willing to relocate. Furthermore, the role requires flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
