* Comprehensive Testing Execution: Design, implement, and execute rigorous integration, load, and performance testing strategies on enterprise-grade production systems.
* Multi-Platform Validation: Seamlessly test web applications, mobile platforms, and complex API-driven ecosystems that communicate with numerous interconnected third-party services.
* Analytical Bug Tracking: Exercise exceptional attention to detail to uncover edge cases, document crystal-clear bug reports, and maintain meticulous test documentation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to align quality metrics with overarching organizational objectives.
## Technical Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for seasoned professionals who bring a deep technical toolkit and a proven track record in software quality assurance. Candidates must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on professional experience in software quality assurance, demonstrating proficiency in both manual testing methodologies and automated test script creation.
* Integration & Performance Mastery: Demonstrated history of executing complex integration testing and analyzing load/performance benchmarks on live, high-traffic systems.
* Systems Coverage: Prior experience validating web interfaces, mobile applications, and API architectures operating within multi-system environments.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical aptitude, proactive problem-solving capabilities, and excellent cross-team communication skills.
## Technical Skill Matrix
Your daily work will require practical proficiency across a modern suite of QA tools, languages, and environments:
* Manual Testing: Expertise in creating comprehensive test plans, meticulous test case design, exploratory testing sessions, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* UI Test Automation: Hands-on experience with modern web automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalent tools.
* API Validation: Proficiency in manual and automated API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
* Enterprise Integration: Ability to test complex, multi-system data flows connecting Point of Sale (POS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and external APIs.
* Performance Engineering: Practical knowledge of performance testing tools like k6, JMeter, Locust, or Gatling, coupled with the ability to interpret bottleneck indicators, response times, throughput, error rates, and p95/p99 percentiles.
* Database Proficiency: Solid command of SQL for data validation, database verification, and clean test data preparation.
* DevOps & CI/CD: Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
* Management & Infrastructure Tools: Familiarity with defect and test management software (Jira, TestRail), version control via Git, and foundational knowledge of Linux and Docker for isolated test environment configurations.
