## 1. Human Resources (HR) Staff
The HR Staff role is designed for individuals who are passionate about people operations and administrative excellence. You will play a critical part in supporting our site-based workforce and ensuring that organizational goals are met through efficient HR practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Manage employee attendance records and assist with payroll administration, including precise overtime calculations.
* HR Reporting: Aid in the preparation of periodic HR analytics and data documentation.
* Asset Management: Oversee the administration of company assets, such as laptops, and facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences for new hires.
* Recruitment Coordination: Provide support in sourcing and recruitment efforts to meet manpower demands.
* Program Implementation: Assist in executing HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and site-specific programs.
* Compliance: Ensure all HR processes strictly adhere to labor laws and internal corporate policies.
* Operational Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact for daily HR operational inquiries from employees and site management.
Qualifications
* Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship or organizational experience in HR is considered a competitive advantage.
* Foundational knowledge of labor regulations and HR administrative workflows.
* Familiarity with payroll systems and overtime computation is preferred.

The Asset Operation Officer is responsible for the seamless maintenance and strategic management of company facilities. This role ensures that our physical assets are optimized to support peak business performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational work plans and asset management strategies that align with broader company objectives.
* Facility Management: Oversee daily operations of office buildings, including maintenance, safety, housekeeping, utility management, and tenant services.
* Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve concerns regarding building safety, maintenance, and general facility operations.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain strong relationships with tenants, internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure efficient building utility.
* Maintenance Oversight: Monitor both preventive and corrective maintenance programs to ensure all assets remain in optimal working condition.
* Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all building operations meet safety standards and company policies.
Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
* Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in property management, facility management, or asset operations.
* Proven track record in managing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for commercial facilities.
* Exceptional skills in communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
* Comprehensive understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and building maintenance protocols.
* Professional certifications in Facility Management, MEP/HVAC, Fire Safety, or building management are highly valued.
* Mobility: Willing to travel for site visits to operational areas in Jakarta and beyond, including Batang, Central Java.
