We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill several key roles. All positions require a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00, and fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
1. Accounting
* Education: D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Computer Accounting, Taxation, or Business Administration.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel), strong data analysis, and a solid understanding of accounting cycles and financial reporting (Balance Sheets, Cash Flow, etc.).
* Location: Central Lampung or Tulang Bawang.
2. Drone Team
* Education: D3 or S1 in any field.
* Skills: Understanding of drone operations, maintenance, and flight components. Familiarity with Mission Planner or similar software is a distinct advantage.
* Location: Central Lampung or Tulang Bawang.
3. Factory Operations
* Education: S1/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Industrial Technology, Food Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
* Focus Areas: Mill & Boiler, Engineering Services, Process House, Electrical & Instrumentation, and FAS divisions.
* Key Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, and decisive problem-solving skills.
4. Personnel (HR)
* Education: S1 in Law or related fields.
* Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite; deep understanding of government business regulations and strong analytical capabilities.
* Location: Lampung.
5. Plantation Division
* Education: D3, D4, or S1 in Agriculture, Forestry, Sciences (Math, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics), or Engineering (Agricultural, Geodesy, Survey/Mapping).
* Key Traits: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills paired with analytical thinking.
6. Workshop
* Education: D3 or S1 in Mechanical, Agricultural, or Electrical Engineering.
* Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, and experience in preventive/corrective maintenance.
7. Warehouse & Inventory
* Education: D3, D4, or S1 in any field.
* Skills: Expert proficiency in MS Excel, strong organizational and data management skills, and a commitment to following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
