We are currently seeking ambitious talent to join our team through the Finance & Administration Development Program (FADP).
## About the Finance & Administration Development Program
The FADP is a structured, six-month intensive program designed to sharpen your professional skills and provide deep insights into the core management processes within the SERA Group. Participants will gain hands-on experience, bridging the gap between academic theory and real-world corporate financial governance.
## Key Responsibilities
Upon stepping into the Finance & Administration role, you will be entrusted with critical operational tasks, including:
* Financial Oversight: Managing branch cash flow, billing progress, and accounts receivable (A/R) while verifying payment requests and debt recognition documentation.
* Transaction Auditing: Performing bank checks on vendor and customer payments and monitoring branch cash conditions.
* Reporting and Budgeting: Generating recurring reports on branch performance and assisting in the preparation of annual branch budgets.
* Asset Management: Monitoring the status and maintenance costs of public facilities and branch assets.
* Administrative Leadership: Overseeing branch administrative staff and ensuring efficient office workflows.
* Corporate Responsibility: Executing CSR initiatives as directed by the Branch Manager.
* Workplace Wellbeing: Cultivating a professional environment that prioritizes workplace safety, health facilities, and regular medical check-ups.
## Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this competitive development program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
2. Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply. If you possess up to two years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Tax, Internal Audit, or Public Accounting, that is considered a distinct advantage.
3. Age Limit: Maximum 25 years of age.
4. Skills: Demonstrated ability to create and analyze financial statements regularly.
5. Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, self-initiative, and a customer-centric mindset.
6. Communication: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
7. Flexibility: Willingness to be stationed in any of our locations across Indonesia.
