Staff Quality Assurance
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Staff Quality Assurance. This position is crucial for maintaining our high standards of quality and operational excellence.
Qualifications
* Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or a related field.
* Experience:
* Minimum 1 year of experience.
* Preferably 2-3 years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS), Integrated Management Systems (IMS), ISO Management Systems, Internal Audit, or similar roles.
* Technical Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
* Awareness of ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 is a significant advantage.
* Skills:
* Proven experience in conducting audits, performing gap analysis, implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
* Proficiency in Excel or Power BI is a plus.
* Travel: Willingness to undertake business travel outside the city or island as required.
