1. SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Staff
The SHE Staff plays a vital role in maintaining a secure and productive work environment by ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed across operational sites.
* Oversee the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards within the workplace.
* Conduct proactive safety socialization and educational programs for employees.
* Execute regular site inspections, hazard identification, and incident investigations.
* Prepare detailed K3 documentation and compliance reports.
* Organize safety briefings, emergency simulations, and specialized training sessions.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote safety culture.
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Public Health, Environmental Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
* Minimum of one year of professional experience in HSE or environmental management.
* Solid understanding of SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems).
* Possession of basic safety certifications; holding an AK3 Umum certification is a distinct advantage.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital safety reporting systems.
* Strong communication, analytical, and discipline skills with a willingness to perform site visits.
2. Accounting Staff
The Accounting Staff is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity of the company through precise transaction recording and timely reporting.
* Input financial data accurately while strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
* Verify the completeness of financial documentation prior to monthly closing cycles.
* Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in balances and financial entries.
* Support the timely completion of the monthly closing process and journal processing.
* Prepare and analyze Trial Balances and comprehensive accounting reports.
* Manage journal adjustments, clearing, accruals, and reclassifications.
* Provide administrative support for internal/external audits and general departmental operations.
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
* At least two years of proven experience in an accounting role.
* Comprehensive knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
* Familiarity with current tax regulations and accounting policies.
* Prior experience with ERP systems or accounting software is highly preferred.
