## Role Overview: Payroll Officer
The Payroll Officer plays a vital role in ensuring our operations run smoothly by maintaining accurate and timely compensation processes. You will serve as a key member of our administrative team, ensuring that every employee receives their due compensation while upholding the highest standards of data integrity and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
As a Payroll Officer, you will be entrusted with several critical functions, including:
* Payroll Processing: Executing end-to-end payroll cycles accurately and adhering strictly to company policies and deadlines.
* Data Management: Processing and verifying essential data, including employee attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, and other variable compensation components.
* Tax and Statutory Compliance: Ensuring all calculations regarding PPh 21 (income tax), BPJS Kesehatan, and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan are aligned with current labor regulations.
* Reconciliation: Conducting thorough data reconciliations to prevent payment discrepancies or errors.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive payroll reports and managing administrative documentation regularly.
* Confidentiality: Maintaining strict security regarding payroll documents and supporting general Human Capital administrative requirements.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate who balances technical proficiency with strong analytical skills. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Accounting, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: Having 1–2 years of experience in payroll, HR administration, or Human Capital functions is a significant advantage.
3. Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of payroll structures, attendance systems, benefit schemes, and wage components.
4. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws, specifically regarding PPh 21 and national social security (BPJS).
5. Digital Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory, particularly for data analysis and complex payroll calculations.
6. Personal Attributes: Excellent numerical skills, high attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and an unwavering commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
7. Location: Willingness to be based in Cikarang, Bekasi.
