Ideal Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for motivated candidates who are ready to contribute to the success of our field operations. To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Management, Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other relevant fields.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of 2 years of professional work experience.
* Academic Achievement: A minimum GPA of 3.00 out of 4.00.
* Age Limit: Applicants should generally be between 22 and 27 years old.
* Mobility: Must be willing to be stationed at our mining project sites in Kalimantan.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel.
Core Technical Competencies for the Fuel & Logistics Role
The selected candidate will be responsible for monitoring fuel consumption and logistics data. Success in this role requires mastery of the following technical skills:
1. Data Monitoring: Ability to track fuel stocks and usage levels accurately.
2. Advanced Excel Functions: Proficiency in VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, IF, and COUNTIFS.
3. Reporting: Skilled in data manipulation using Pivot Tables and the ability to build and maintain simple management dashboards.
4. Analytical Thinking: Capable of synthesizing large datasets to provide actionable insights for operational improvement.
