The Field Operator acts as the eyes and ears of the plant, ensuring that every system functions at peak efficiency. Key duties include:

* Incident Response: Serving as the primary on-site supervisor during incidents; reporting directly to the control room during unit trips or urgent technical disruptions.

* Local Control: Operating equipment via local control panels under the remote guidance of the Central Control Room.

Candidate Requirements

1. Educational Background: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of direct experience as an operator in power plants, utility operations, or heavy industrial equipment.

4. Electrical Expertise: Preference is given to candidates with a solid grasp of electrical systems, specifically those involving high voltage.
