Position: IT Technical Support Officer
The IT Technical Support Officer plays a crucial role in maintaining site infrastructure, ensuring that all technology systems remain operational and efficient.
* Overseeing the maintenance and repair of hardware, software, and network systems.
* Managing IT tools and radio communication equipment across project sites.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* At least one year of professional experience as an IT Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Radio Communication technician.
* Exceptional communication skills with a strong focus on internal service.
* Proven integrity and the ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
* Comprehensive technical knowledge regarding the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, Radio HT, LAN/WAN/FTP, and other critical IT tools.
* Possession of a POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification.
* Ability to adapt to a high-mobility work environment and perform duties across various project locations.
