Job Role: Production Officer
As a Production Officer, you will serve a critical function in maintaining manufacturing integrity, operational efficiency, and strict quality compliance on the factory floor.
Key Responsibilities
* Process Oversight: Monitor daily manufacturing workflows closely and execute immediate corrective actions should any operational discrepancies arise.
* Audit Remediation: Formulate, coordinate, and implement corrective measures derived from internal and external quality audits.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate comprehensive production reports and evaluate performance metrics accurately to drive continuous productivity improvements.
Candidate Qualifications
* Gender: Open to male and female applicants.
* Age Limit: Maximum 40 years old.
Educational Background: Must hold a Pharmacist Professional Degree (Profesi Apoteker*) or a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (S1 Farmasi).
