* Educational Background: Fresh graduates holding a minimum of a D4 or S1 degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Product Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Production Management.
* Commitment to Training: Willingness to successfully complete an intensive 6-month training curriculum.
* Service Agreement: Readiness to fulfill a mandatory 2-year service bond upon completion of the program.
* Geographical Flexibility: Prepared for placement across operational sites in East Kalimantan and West Kalimantan.
