## General Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our team maintains its high standards of delivery, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field.
* Availability: Must be able to join our team on short notice (less than a one-month notice period).
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated mastery of industry-standard software and tools relevant to your specific discipline.
Position-Specific Experience
* For the Senior Game Industry Programmer: Candidates must possess a strong foundation in web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript, alongside hands-on experience with GIT version control systems.
* For Project Manager (Smelter Plant): Requires a minimum of 10 years of extensive experience within the mining sector.
* For Sales Trading, QC Inspector, and Senior Piping Engineer roles: A minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience within an EPC or Oil and Gas corporate environment is required.
* For Electrical and Instrument Engineer roles: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within an EPC or Oil and Gas company is necessary.
