1. Operator Warehouse
The Warehouse Operator plays an essential role in maintaining seamless daily inventory movements and ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments of goods.

Job Duties:
* Place orders for local raw materials, including volume calculations, system uploads, and vendor coordination.
* Track shipment progress from local vendors to prevent supply chain bottlenecks.
* Proactively monitor operations to identify and mitigate potential material shortages.
* Compile accurate daily and weekly data summaries covering invoice logs, purchase order (PO) progress, running changes, and replacements.
* Execute Goods Receipt (GR) closings by ensuring all verification processes are finalized at month-end.
* Prepare comprehensive monthly stock inspection and stock turnover analyses.
