1. Legal Staff
The Legal Staff will play a pivotal role in protecting the company’s assets and ensuring operational compliance.
* Manage land acquisition processes, including coordination with landowners, local government agencies, and the ATR/BPN office.
* Ensure all property assets maintain a "clear and clean" legal status.
* Draft, review, and revise essential legal documentation, including contracts and addendums.
* Provide legal support for business operations and contract negotiations with strategic partners and vendors.
* Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence for corporate actions and acquisitions.
* Maintain and update the legal standing of the company and its subsidiaries while overseeing new subsidiary formations.
* Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in corporate law or with a Notary/PPAT.
* Strong expertise in land acquisition, property safeguarding, legal permits, and business law.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and exceptional organizational capabilities.
* An Advocate license is considered a significant advantage.
* Proficiency in corporate and agrarian law, with a proactive approach to learning.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet strict targets, and adapt quickly to the BUMN "AKHLAK" culture.
2. Risk Management Staff
The Risk Management Staff is responsible for maintaining the financial and operational integrity of the company through rigorous assessment and reporting.
* Develop and maintain the company’s risk management registry.
* Prepare and deliver comprehensive risk performance reports for management review.
* Monitor risk indicators and perform ongoing evaluations of the corporate risk register.
* Conduct data analysis using descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive statistics to support informed business decision-making.
* At least 1 year of professional experience in risk management, business assessment, or asset valuation.
* Solid understanding of PER-2/MBU/03/2023 regulations regarding Risk Management.
* Hold a professional certification such as CRMO or CFA.
* Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
* A team-oriented mindset with a strong drive for professional development.
* Capability to perform under pressure and adapt to the organizational culture of a state-owned enterprise (BUMN).
