Available Management Trainee Tracks
We are seeking specialized talent to join our dynamic teams in the following divisions:
* Field Assistant Trainee: Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agrotechnology, Soil Science, Plantation Crop Cultivation, Plant Pests and Diseases, or related agricultural disciplines.
* Administrative Assistant Trainee: Open to Bachelor’s degree holders in Accounting, Management, Law, Psychology, Office Administration, or related fields.
* Research & Development Trainee: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, Plantation Crop Cultivation, Plant Pests and Diseases, Biotechnology, or relevant scientific backgrounds.
Essential Candidate Requirements
To be considered for the Management Trainee Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Experience Level: We welcome fresh graduates and individuals with a maximum of one year of professional experience.
