Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for these roles, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 22 years old.
* Education: Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in the following disciplines:
* Maintenance: Automotive Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Production: Computer and Network Engineering (TKJ), Office Administration, or Accounting.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; those with a minimum of one year of experience are also welcome. Candidates must not be currently enrolled in university.
* Physical Standards: Minimum height of 165 cm for males and 155 cm for females.
* Health Requirements: Must be physically and mentally fit, possess perfect color vision, and have normal vision (not using eyeglasses).
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrates excellent behavior, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for continuous learning.
* Availability: Must be prepared to work in a shift-based system and be willing to be stationed according to company requirements.
