## Current Openings
1. Reclamation Monitoring Control Group Leader
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Agriculture, or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in reclamation.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in mapping software (ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QGIS); knowledgeable in silviculture, nursery management, and plot inventory; well-versed in forestry and energy/mining regulations.
* Soft Skills: Honest, detail-oriented, communicative, and responsible.
2. Port Loading Group Leader
* Requirements: D3 or S1 degree in Mining, Geological, or Civil Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in port loading operations.
* Technical Skills: Competent in heavy equipment operations, stockpile management, and coal port loading. Must possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM A).
* Soft Skills: Honest, detail-oriented, communicative, and responsible.
3. Finance Administrator
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a finance role.
* Technical Skills: Expert in Microsoft Excel; experienced in payment voucher management, debt tracking, journal entries, and archiving.
* Logistics: Must be able to work standard office hours; local residency in South Kalimantan is preferred.
4. Jr. Geotechnical Engineering
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Geotechnical Engineer in coal mining.
* Technical Skills: Skilled in geotechnical mapping and instrumentation (Slope Stability Radar preferred). Proficient in stability analysis software (Slide, Phase 2, Plaxis), AutoCAD, Global Mapper, ArcGIS, and MineScape/Minex.
* Certifications: POP certification and ability to drive a light vehicle (LV) with a valid SIM A are highly desirable.
5. Jr. Geotech Monitoring
* Requirements: D3 or S1 degree in Mining, Civil, or Geological Engineering.
* Experience: 2 years in mining geotechnical monitoring.
* Technical Skills: Familiar with Geotech software (Slide, Geostudio), MineScape, and AutoCAD; proficient with monitoring tools such as radar, prisms, inclinometers, and extensometers.
* Preferences: POP certification, possession of a SIM A, and ability to operate a light vehicle.
6. PPKH & DAS Group Leader
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Geodesy, Geography, or Agriculture.
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in PPKH (Forest Area Borrow-to-Use Permit) and DAS (Watershed) management.
* Technical Skills: Knowledgeable in mine reclamation, mapping (ArcGIS, AutoCAD, QGIS), aerial photo interpretation, SIPUHH, and SIGANISHUT. Deep understanding of permit compliance and rehabilitation obligations.
7. Legal Land Acquisition Staff
* Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the mining sector.
* Knowledge: Expertise in Indonesian Agrarian, Civil, and Criminal Law. Experience in external relations and stakeholder engagement is a significant advantage.
8. Land Acquisition Group Leader
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in land acquisition within the mining industry.
* Technical Skills: Deep understanding of land acquisition processes and legal drafting. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel). Must hold a valid SIM A.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills, disciplined, honest, and detail-oriented.
