Role Requirements and Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the food and beverage industry. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in any field, with a preference for candidates holding a degree in Nutrition.
* Professional Certification: Possession of an active STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) is considered a significant advantage.
* Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Coordinator, Head of Nutrition, Head of Nutrition Installation, or Operational Supervisor within the F&B sector.
* Operational Expertise: Proven ability in managing food cost control, inventory systems, operational management, and budgeting.
* Safety and Standards: Comprehensive knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP principles.
* Leadership Qualities: Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.
Placement and Application Details
Successful candidates will be stationed at various sites, including the JABODETABEK area, Samarinda, and Surabaya. Please note that for hospital site placements, priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in the healthcare sector.
