General Qualifications for All Applicants
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Engineering or a relevant field of study.
* Academic Performance: Minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, while candidates with relevant manufacturing experience are highly valued.
* Skillset: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
* Communication: Proficiency in English is required.
* Location: Willingness to be based in Karawang, West Java.
## Open Positions and Key Responsibilities
We are currently recruiting for the following senior and specialized staff roles to strengthen our operational capabilities:
1. PPIC Logistic Senior Staff
* Focus: Managing material requirements, supply chain inventory, and procurement optimization.
* Responsibilities: Coordinating with suppliers and forwarders, overseeing lead times, monitoring inventory accuracy, and driving continuous improvement based on KPI metrics.
2. Production Senior Staff
* Focus: Ensuring daily production targets are met with maximum efficiency.
* Responsibilities: Managing line balancing and capacity control, troubleshooting production issues, and ensuring strict adherence to standardized operational procedures.
3. General Affair Senior Staff
* Focus: Overseeing facility management, asset procurement, and vendor relations.
* Responsibilities: Managing company assets, supervising security and transport services, and handling budget allocations for operational repairs and maintenance.
4. QC Engineering Staff
* Focus: Implementing quality control projects and maintaining technical infrastructure.
* Responsibilities: Preparing inspection methods, managing jigs and measuring tools, and performing in-depth internal quality performance reporting.
5. QC Inspection Staff
* Focus: Maintaining rigorous product quality through direct line monitoring and calibration.
* Responsibilities: Utilizing precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers), conducting Statistical Process Control (SPC), and managing corrective and preventive actions for material quality.
